Trauma Recovery Coaching
A compassionate 1-on-1 coaching container for wild-hearted, purpose-driven women ready to feel at home (secure & safe) in themselves and build unshakable self-trust.
This is for Women Who:
- Have a history of complex relational trauma and may find it difficult to trust others will accept their messy, needy, expressive parts
- Are carving their own sweet spot between accomplishing goals AND creating space for soulful, relational feelings and experiences, but sometimes find themselves stuck in one or the other
- See healing their trauma as a way to contribute to the healing of the world. They are willing to bear the uncomfortable pain of their past in order to create a better future
- Are not uber religious, but instead spiritual in their own way. They are driven to create a life rooted in their values not based on how others think they ‘should’ live or what others expect from them
- Want to be in devotion to who they are becoming AND be the person their younger selves needed (i.e., rebuilding trust with inner children and providing the support they needed)
- May struggle with autoimmune disorders, chronic pain, and/or other physical ailments. They are curious if there is traumatic residue held in their body that needs released
- Want to increase their comfortability in being seen, heard, and loved as they are
What past clients have said:
What we focus on in REal, Rooted & Radiant:
- Clarifying & Expanding On Your Gifts, Strengths, & Values: Accessing Self (higher self and/or secure self) through gifts, values, strengths. This is where nurturing a connection to spirit is supportive. We want to notice our gifts and strengths and expand on them. Similar to our values. By clarifying them, we can use them as anchors and motivation to move forward and face challenges.
- Mapping & Minding Your Patterns: We will get to know your protective patterns and you’ll begin to notice outside our sessions things like safety and protection cues, internal stories, and behavioral urges. This is the space where change can happen.
- Healing Old Contracts/Burdens: Through the process of unraveling protective patterns, we will discover past traumas and/or painful relational experiences which need to be witnessed. We may also find there are certain stories you adopted about yourself to survive that are untrue. I will support you in slowly metabolizing your experience (to tolerate feeling what you feel and knowing what you know) and releasing inaccurate stories.
- Practicing Wellbeing Skills: While working with young parts, we will discover needs that their caregivers didn’t provide. Now, in your Self energy you can support them in the ways they needed back then and may still need today, through skills like attunement, self-compassion & self-protection, to name a few.
- Nervous System Regulation & Somatic Resourcing: When we learn the language of our nervous system we can understand what it is communicating to us, hear its stories and work with it instead of against it. We will increase your window of welcome (think window of tolerance but with more acceptance) for being seen, heard, and loved as your full self.
I integrate IFS (Internal Family Systems), Trauma Recovery Coaching, Depth Psychological Insights, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapeutic Processes in coaching (for more information visit here: education & credentials).
What’s Included:
- Weekly or Bi-Weekly 90-minute 1-on-1 Parts Work/Coaching Sessions
During our work together, we will meet weekly or bi-weekly depending on your preferences, constraints, and needs. The 90-minute sessions gives us space to slowly go deep and resource you before ending the call. Also, depending on circumstances, monthly sessions are available.
- Monthly 30-minute Self-Energy & Embodied Expansion 1-on-1 Sessions
While I will incorporate practices to expand Self energy in our regular sessions, this 30-min monthly session is meant to focus on expanding your sense of Self so you can have an embodied anchor to carry with you when things get hard. We will tailor the practices to your needs, strengths, and spiritual beliefs. For example, if you’re into astrology, we will explore your top astrological signs. We’ll draw forward those archetypal strengths and anchor them in the body, to increase your resources outside our work. Or we could do some polyvagal, nervous system grounding and build a home for safety in your body and imagination.
- In-Between Session Support in Sticky Moments of Growth
In our work together, we will come up with practices to support you in your wellbeing intentions in between our sessions. These can span from simple mindfulness exercises to journalling on a specific prompt to practicing a skill (like self-compassion or a breathing) when you get triggered. I will be available by email and text to support you in these practices.
BONUS—You will get discounts toward future book clubs and workshops!
Pause and check in with your heart. Do you feel the call to release emotional burdens, root your spirit down into the earth and expand your presence as your real and radiant self? Then you're in the right place.
FAQ
Frequently Asked
How is your style of coaching different than therapy?
Like therapy, I hold safe, compassionate space for a full range of emotions and experiences. While I am trained in modalities that therapists use, I am not a licensed therapist—I don’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
Instead, I’m a whole-person coach (mind-body-heart-soul) and IFS (Internal Family Systems) Level 1-trained practitioner. My approach is rooted in the belief that you already hold the wisdom and capacity to heal within you.
Rather than pathologizing your pain, we work to unburden the extreme beliefs, emotions, and protective patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Through this process your inner and outer life begins to aligns with your multidimensional, soul-led self.
How effective is the IFS model?
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a powerful, evidence-based model that’s been shown to support healing from trauma, anxiety, depression, and chronic stress.
The IFS Institute continues to expand its research base, and studies increasingly support what so many clients already experience—IFS fosters deep emotional healing, greater self-compassion, and long-lasting transformation.
In my work, I’ve seen how this model helps people reconnect with their inner wisdom, unburden painful beliefs, and create meaningful change from the inside out.
How is your style of coaching different than other personal growth/life coaching?
While traditional life coaching often focuses on mindset and surface-level goals, my approach goes much deeper.
I weave together depth psychology, Internal Family Systems, and somatic wisdom to explore the patterns, beliefs, and emotional wounds that shape your inner and outer life. I don’t just coach your thoughts—I support your whole self: mind, body, heart, and soul.
As someone pursuing a PhD in depth psychology, I bring a lens that sees meaning in your patterns, emotions, and inner experiences—not as problems to fix, but as portals to healing and transformation.
That said, not everything has to be deep all the time. I also offer practical, grounded support—whether that’s creating wellbeing practices, building self-trust, or showing up as your compassionate accountability partner.
Do I pay before or after a session? And how much?
Payment is required before each session to reserve your spot. This helps create a clear, grounded container for our work together.
Each 90-minute session is $150.
I also offer a sliding scale for those experiencing financial hardship or living paycheck to paycheck—because I believe this work should be accessible to those who need it most. If this would support you, please reach out or bring it up during our free 20-minute clarity call.
After you book, you’ll receive a confirmation email with payment details. If you have any questions about payment or need additional support, I’m always here to help.
What forms of payment do you take?
For online sessions, I accept credit or debit cards through the secure booking system.
For in-person sessions, I also prefer payment by card through the online calendar. However, I do accept cash if needed—we’ll go over those details during our initial consultation call.
The goal is to keep things simple and easeful, so you can focus on the work itself.
What is a first session like?
Our first session is a gentle entry point into our work together. We’ll explore what’s been feeling heavy or tender for you, and I’ll invite you to share anything you’d like me to know.
Please come exactly as you are—all parts of you are welcome here.
We’ll also begin to clarify an intention or focus for our time together, though there’s no pressure to have it clearly defined. Many clients experience a sense of relief in the first session, simply from being witnessed in a compassionate way.
What kind of skills will I develop working with you?
In our work together, you’ll develop skills that support both emotional resilience and soulful self-awareness.
🌿 Mindfulness & Inner Awareness
You’ll begin to notice more space between your emotions, thoughts, and actions—so you can respond from a grounded place, rather than reacting from old patterns. This allows you to make choices aligned with your values.
💫 Emotional Regulation & Insight
You’ll learn to identify what you’re feeling and why. With time, you’ll be able to sense when emotions are linked to past wounds versus what’s true in the present moment—and respond to those emotions with compassion and clarity.
🌀 Reflection, Critical Thinking & Soul-Making
We’ll explore recurring patterns and inner dynamics in your life—helping you develop deeper reflection skills and a soul-centered lens for making meaning from your experiences.
These skills don’t just support healing—they empower you to live with greater presence, purpose, and authenticity.
What to Expect
After our consultation, our sessions will be 90-mins over video.
Each session, we will check in on how things are going pertaining to what you want to focus on, then we will discuss the session’s focus. I can offer trailheads (focuses I think would be helpful) if you don’t have an agenda in mind.
My style of coaching is co-creative so I’ll regularly check in on the direction, focus, and what’s coming up for you. We go at your pace and practice mindfulness through out, exploring the thoughts, feelings, and sensations that arise.
I bring in somatic and cognitive behavioral practices to help you connect mind and body so stagnant energy and emotions can move. Sessions are flexible and intuitively guided—we follow what’s alive for you, not a rigid agenda.
Over time, my hope is you begin to feel more grounded, authentic, and alive in your body—with greater intimacy, joy, and clarity in multiple areas of your life.
