transformational change occurs when we re-integrate body & mind around a specific emotionally charged issue
I offer a holistic, integrative, trauma-informed approach to psychological wellbeing, growth and healing. I support individuals with a wide-range of psychological, spiritual, behavioral, and relational concerns.
I work with the whole self—mind, body, emotions, and spirit—in a grounded, imaginative, and pragmatic way.
I believe you have the power to heal yourself; Thus, my work is empowering. I help you access your wise and whole self through reflection, meditative internal practices, and intuitively catching and calling it forward.
Mindfulness, acceptance, and compassion are at the heart of my practice. When we create space to reflect on our patterns, and be with what is (feelings, sensations, stories, etc.), we not only learn new things about our present day “problems,” we also can heal past traumas. We have to separate and look at the pieces (thoughts, feelings, fantasies, sensations, fears, etc.) then we can re-integrate them into a more truer, empowering, and coherent story that makes external change easier.
Are you ready to get some peace from the self-critical internal dialogue that hounds at you no matter what you do?
A harsh inner critic is a symptom of trauma. And it can make us feel like something is wrong with us when certain therapies don’t work (for many reasons).
If you’re ready to get some relief and also address the root of your pain so you don’t have to feel stuck in finding yourself in the same spot again, my alternative coaching approach is about compassionately getting to the root of your problem (in the pace that is right for you) so you can heal attachment and developmental wounds and release false stories about who you are and what you’re capable of that fog up your ability to feel at home (secure & safe) in your self.
This is the place where your inner critic transforms into your inner champion (it may still get triggered but you’re able to come back to center and support yourself quicker).
Hi I’m Kristina
I’ve been described as a warm listening companion who tactfully shares my expertise in Internal Family Systems.
I’m currently getting my PhD in Depth Psychology, using a feminist perspective and studying memoir, to understand how women find and stay rooted in their voice. I’m curious about what needs to heal within father-daughter dynamics (personal and archetypal fathers) to do this.
The Mission
We’re DONE with shaming ourselves and each other for the ways we’ve learned to cope, our unique quirks, and our differences.
We’re OVER the rigid boxes that tell us who we should be.
We stand for an approach that honors both science and spirituality, where psychological symptoms are not just problems to fix but invitations to deeper soul-making.
Mental health isn’t just about symptom management—it’s an art. A practice of tending to the whole person, integrating mind, body, and spirit, and a shift in perspective that opens us up to new possibilities in our lives.
Join the movement of reclaiming soul-making as a tool for deep healing, transformation, and wellbeing.
