About

Hi, I'm Kristina!

As a whole-person coach & IFS practitioner, I integrate depth psychological insight, evidence-based mental health tools, trauma-informed practices, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support individuals, particularly women, in their journey of self-discovery, trauma recovery, and creating positive change in their lives.

My mission is to help individuals unravel patriarchal conditioning, recover from relational trauma, and reclaim their multidimensional, authentic selves. By working with the whole person—mind, body, and soul—I support deep releasing of emotional and psychological wounds to create lasting transformation.

From my own experience, I’ve learned that there are two essential developments to this process: the freedom to author our own stories and to feel a sense of agency in our lives.

Early in my healing journey, spirituality played a pivotal role—until I realized I was using it to bypass my emotional challenges. That’s when depth psychology, archetypal psychology, and mythology became vital for meaning-making, as they hold both spirit and soul (peak and vale or high and low experiences). I’m currently getting my Ph.D. in Depth Psychology.

Further, understanding our trauma history and the historical, cultural, and familial influences on our experience help release shame, which allows space for us to explore root causes, release what we can and move forward in our lives.
