This page outlines the policies governing our educational material and services, including coaching, group programs, and book clubs. These policies ensure transparency, mutual respect, and alignment with our commitments to you.


Payment and Refund Policy

  • Payment Terms: Payment must be completed prior to the start of any service, including coaching sessions, group programs, and book clubs. Accepted payment methods will be listed at the time of purchase.
  • Refund Policy: Refunds are offered if cancellation is made within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, no refunds will be issued.
  • Program Cancellation by the Coach: If a program is canceled, participants will be given the option to reschedule or receive a refund.
  • Non-Payment Consequences: Services will not be provided until payment is received in full.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

  • Client Cancellations: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a session without penalty. Missed sessions without prior notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.
  • Coach-Initiated Changes: If the coach needs to reschedule or cancel a session, reasonable notice will be provided, and options for rescheduling or refunds will be offered.

Confidentiality Policy

  • Individual Coaching: All information shared during coaching sessions is confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., imminent harm to self or others).
  • Group Settings: While efforts will be made to foster a confidential space during group discussions, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed due to the group dynamic. Participants are encouraged to use discretion when sharing personal information.
  • Use of Information: Personal information collected through intake forms or other communications will be used solely for providing services and will not be shared without consent.

Scope of Services

  • Coaching services are designed for personal growth and self-reflection, while they can feel therapeutic they are not a substitute for therapy or medical treatment.
  • Group programs, including book clubs, are educational and community-based and are not intended to provide individual therapeutic support.

Intellectual Property

  • License: All materials provided as part of the services, including guides, prompts, and resources, are for individual use only.
  • Restrictions: Participants may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Code of Conduct

  • Participants are expected to maintain a respectful and supportive environment.
  • Discriminatory, harmful, or disruptive language or behavior will not be tolerated.
  • The coach reserves the right to remove participants who violate these guidelines without a refund.

Limited Liability

  • The coach makes no guarantees regarding specific personal, professional, or educational outcomes from services.
  • The coach is not liable for actions, communications, or behavior of other participants in group settings.

Dispute Resolution

  • If a dispute arises, both parties agree to attempt mediation in good faith for up to 30 days. If unresolved, legal action may be pursued in the state of Iowa. The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover attorney’s fees and court costs.

Privacy Policy

  • Personal information collected during intake or service delivery will be used solely for the purpose of providing services and will not be shared without explicit consent.
  • Third-party platforms (e.g., Zoom, payment processors) are used in accordance with their privacy policies, which clients are encouraged to review.

Testimonials and Results Disclaimer

  • Testimonials provided on the website or promotional materials reflect individual experiences and results, which may vary.
  • No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes, as each individual’s journey is unique.
