Empowering Women Through Deep Coaching

I am dedicated to supporting women in their journey towards self-discovery and empowerment. Other empowerment coaches stay on the surface of thoughts and feelings. I believe in the power of deep internal reflection to gain a new perspective, allowing you to understand and transform your internal system. My mission is to guide you in accessing your inner wisdom and natural healing capacity, enabling you to unravel the patterns that get in the way of your authentic voice and purpose. So you can live with a deeper sense of aliveness as you relate to your emotions and desires in a whole new way!

My coaching approach is designed to help you unravel patterns of people-pleasing, perfectionism, social comparison, self-doubt, and all things good girl without compromising your integrity—those relational values that are important to you. So often as women we get stuck in all or nothing thinking. For example, either I’m a caring person who is available for others to lean on or I’m selfish for saying no. There is no shame in the ways we get stuck. These parts of us have been keeping us safe for a long time. I hold the perspective that everything within, every symptom, has a positive intent. The more we judge, critique, fear, or avoid it the more it appears as something “bad.”

Unravel patterns that no longer serve you

There are patterns that get passed down in our families and communities about the roles women should perform. These can be beautiful traditions and fulfilling in their own right. However, for many women, women like you, these act like rules and expectations about what you can and cannot do, say and cannot say, be and cannot be. Often they are unconscious: under the surface of our relational behaviors. We internalize beliefs about who we are, what we’re capable of, what we deserve, what kind of risks we’re allowed to take from these rules. Now what these beliefs are and in what context they show up will be different depending on your upbringing, class, religion, race, communities, and even what resources you currently have and your emotional/mental state (i.e., if you’re under a lot of stress, dealing with grief, etc.). 

I provide a supportive space for you to get clear on what is and isn’t working in your life, and dive deep into the why behind your behaviors and feelings so you can release the burdens you carry that may be yours or your ancestors!

As we unravel certain patterns, we will discover younger parts that have been hurt, misunderstood, ignored, feared, or even overwhelmed. These parts cry out for you to hear their stories through symptoms, dreams, emotional outbursts, and desires. This has been called inner child work. These younger parts have so much life and energy to offer when you can integrate them back into your life. I bring so much compassion to these parts. Your full story deserves to be told. When we speak and retell our traumatic or hurtful experiences, we are more able to integrate them into the wholeness of our being. I bring a mind-body approach to healing that increases your tolerance of painful emotions which inevitable makes you more resilient and increases your ability to feel joy and pleasure.

How your internal system is organized (with your thoughts, feelings, memories, sensations, dreams, intuition, and visions) will be unique to your soul makeup and past experiences. As your coach, I provide space for us to explore your system at a pace that is best for you.

Get clear on what’s truly important in your life, your soulful values. What lights you up? What pisses you off? So much of this is inextricably wrapped up in your pain. Our emotions are signals to what is most important to us.
