Real, Rooted, and Radiant

for wild-hearted, purpose-driven Women ready to feel at home in themselves

A 1-on-1 healing & coaching container for women who are sick of sabotaging themselves with self-doubt, worry, and limiting beliefs, and actually build self-trust and inner sovereignty.

You’re tired of proving your worth, managing other people’s reactions, and editing yourself down to be ‘easy.’

You want to be taken seriously without abandoning your sensitivity to get there.

You want to listen to your inner voice and express more of your truth instead of putting on a mask all the time.

But you don’t know how to get there without blowing up your life and destabilizing yourself in the process (you’ve done a lot of inner work to get to where you are).

What starts to shift early on

You feel a little less alone and “crazy” because your patterns finally make sense in context (family systems, cultural influences), instead of just feeling like a personal failure.

You start catching yourself in those automatic self-betrayal moments—saying yes when you mean no, overriding your needs—and sometimes, for the first time, you choose something different.

what tends to deepen over time

You feel safer and more at home in your body, able to stay with uncomfortable emotions instead of immediately numbing, overriding, or exploding.

You develop a more honest, compassionate story about your past and begin to tell your story in your own words—with yourself and with trusted people—instead of editing yourself into the 'strong one,' 'easy-going one,' or the 'rebel.'

1

You have more real choice in places you used to automatically self-betray, and it becomes more natural to stay on your own side as you navigate relationships.

You experiment with being a little braver in the world as your multidimensional self—letting more of your creativity, spirituality, and true opinions show up in your work, relationships, and community.

Tell me if this sounds like you…

On paper, you’ve done “the right things”—career, family, community, being the reliable one—but inside you feel tired, tense, and emotionally overloaded, wondering why it all still feels so hard.

You’ve read the books, listened to the podcasts, maybe done therapy or spiritual work… yet you still find yourself shrinking, people-pleasing, and criticizing yourself: “I know better… so why can’t I do better.”

You often play the listener, caretaker, or emotionally steady one in your relationships, but you don’t feel equally seen, held, or recognized—and a quiet fear whispers that if nothing changes, you’ll keep living in the background of your own life.

You feel conflicted about your intuition: part of you knows what you feel and want, but another part gaslights you into staying small and safe. A part of you worries that if you don’t address this now, you’ll repeat the same generational patterns in love, work, or parenting.

You ache to feel more at home in your body (less worry, more peace; less criticizing, more acceptance; less stress, more pleasure) and braver in the world as your multidimensional self (wild yet classy, mysterious yet wholesome, strange yet cultured, sovereign yet interdependent)—but you’re not sure how to get there on your own without burning out or blowing up your life.

Success Stories

Before working with Kristina, I was craving peace with myself in the day-to-day. Disruptions would throw me off, and I’d often escalate into negative self-talk. Intrusive thoughts would come up and feel hard to shake. Working with Kristina has helped me find more acceptance and steadiness. My intrusive thoughts may still show up from time to time, but my ability to remain at peace and not let them linger has greatly improved. I’m so grateful for Kristina’s warm guidance as she helped me get to know the parts inside of me. Now, I feel more able to navigate challenging emotions because I understand these parts are there for me—and I can get to know them. Once I do, I can relate to them from my full self rather than letting a part drive my being. If a woman is thinking about working with Kristina, I’d tell her: do it. Kristina is a listening companion who also shares her expertise in Internal Family Systems. I’m grateful for the relief in my life of having Kristina as a trained practitioner with me through self-discovery. I am a better mom, wife, teacher, and friend because of it!

heal parts that long to be seen & Heard

As we unravel certain patterns through using IFS (internal family systems), somatic and mindful awareness, and depth psychology, we will discover younger parts that have been hurt, misunderstood, ignored, feared, or even overwhelmed. These parts cry out for you to witness their stories through symptoms, dreams, emotional outbursts, and desires. This has been called inner child work. There is a way to process these experiences so it’s not overwhelming. Slow is fast in our work together.

These younger parts have so much life and energy to offer when you can integrate them back into your life. I bring so much compassion to these parts. Your full story deserves to be told. I bring a mind-body approach to healing that increases your tolerance of painful emotions which inevitable makes you more resilient and increases your ability to feel joy and pleasure.

How your internal system is organized (with your thoughts, feelings, memories, sensations, dreams, intuition, and visions) will be unique to your soul makeup and past experiences. As your coach, I provide space for us to explore your system at a pace that is best for you.

compassionate coaching - two girls under an umbrella

My coaching approach is designed to help you unravel patterns of people-pleasing, perfectionism, social comparison, self-doubt, and all things good girl without compromising your integrity—those relational values that are important to you.

So often as women we get stuck in all or nothing thinking. For example, either I’m a caring person who is available for others to lean on or I’m selfish for saying no. There is no shame in the ways we get stuck. These parts of us have been keeping us safe for a long time. I hold the perspective that everything within, every symptom, has a positive intent. The more we judge, critique, fear, or avoid it the more it appears as something “bad.”

Unravel patterns that no longer serve you

There are patterns that get passed down in our families and communities about the roles women should perform. These can be beautiful traditions and fulfilling in their own right. However, for many women, women like you, these act like rules and expectations about what you can and cannot do, say and cannot say, be and cannot be. Often they are unconscious: under the surface of our relational behaviors. We internalize beliefs about who we are, what we’re capable of, what we deserve, what kind of risks we’re allowed to take from these rules. Now what these beliefs are and in what context they show up will be different depending on your upbringing, class, religion, race, communities, and even what resources you currently have and your emotional/mental state (i.e., if you’re under a lot of stress, dealing with grief, etc.).

I provide a supportive space for you to get clear on what is and isn’t working in your life, and dive deep into the why behind your behaviors and feelings so you can release the burdens you carry that may be yours or your ancestors!

FAQ

Frequently Asked

How is your style of coaching different than therapy?

Like therapy, I hold safe, compassionate space for a full range of emotions and experiences. While I am trained in modalities that therapists use, I am not a licensed therapist—I don’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

Instead, I’m a whole-person coach (mind-body-heart-soul) and IFS (Internal Family Systems) Level 1-trained practitioner. My approach is rooted in the belief that you already hold the wisdom and capacity to heal within you.

Rather than pathologizing your pain, we work to unburden the extreme beliefs, emotions, and protective patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Through this process your inner and outer life begins to aligns with your multidimensional, soul-led self.

How effective is the IFS model?

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a powerful, evidence-based model that’s been shown to support healing from trauma, anxiety, depression, and chronic stress.

The IFS Institute continues to expand its research base, and studies increasingly support what so many clients already experience—IFS fosters deep emotional healing, greater self-compassion, and long-lasting transformation.

In my work, I’ve seen how this model helps people reconnect with their inner wisdom, unburden painful beliefs, and create meaningful change from the inside out.

The IFS Institute is expanding its body of to support the efficacy of the IFS model in alleviating and resolving trauma, stress, anxiety, and depression.

How is your style of coaching different than other personal growth/life coaching?

While traditional life coaching often focuses on mindset and surface-level goals, my approach goes much deeper.

I weave together depth psychology, Internal Family Systems, and somatic wisdom to explore the patterns, beliefs, and emotional wounds that shape your inner and outer life. I don’t just coach your thoughts—I support your whole self: mind, body, heart, and soul.

As someone pursuing a PhD in depth psychology, I bring a lens that sees meaning in your patterns, emotions, and inner experiences—not as problems to fix, but as portals to healing and transformation.

That said, not everything has to be deep all the time. I also offer practical, grounded support—whether that’s creating wellbeing practices, building self-trust, or showing up as your compassionate accountability partner.

I help you go deep when it serves… and come back up for air when needed. It’s about balance, integration, and forward movement from the inside out.

Do I pay before or after a session? And how much?

Payment is required before each session to reserve your spot. This helps create a clear, grounded container for our work together.

Each 90-minute session is $150.

I also offer a sliding scale for those experiencing financial hardship or living paycheck to paycheck—because I believe this work should be accessible to those who need it most. If this would support you, please reach out or bring it up during our free 20-minute clarity call.

After you book, you’ll receive a confirmation email with payment details. If you have any questions about payment or need additional support, I’m always here to help.

What forms of payment do you take?

For online sessions, I accept credit or debit cards through the secure booking system.

For in-person sessions, I also prefer payment by card through the online calendar. However, I do accept cash if needed—we’ll go over those details during our initial consultation call.

The goal is to keep things simple and easeful, so you can focus on the work itself.

What is a first session like?

Our first session is a gentle entry point into our work together. We’ll explore what’s been feeling heavy or tender for you, and I’ll invite you to share anything you’d like me to know.

Please come exactly as you are—all parts of you are welcome here.

We’ll also begin to clarify an intention or focus for our time together, though there’s no pressure to have it clearly defined. Many clients experience a sense of relief in the first session, simply from being witnessed in a compassionate way.

What kind of skills will I develop working with you?

In our work together, you’ll develop skills that support both emotional resilience and soulful self-awareness.

🌿 Mindfulness & Inner Awareness
You’ll begin to notice more space between your emotions, thoughts, and actions—so you can respond from a grounded place, rather than reacting from old patterns. This allows you to make choices aligned with your values.

💫 Emotional Regulation & Insight
You’ll learn to identify what you’re feeling and why. With time, you’ll be able to sense when emotions are linked to past wounds versus what’s true in the present moment—and respond to those emotions with compassion and clarity.

🌀 Reflection, Critical Thinking & Soul-Making
We’ll explore recurring patterns and inner dynamics in your life—helping you develop deeper reflection skills and a soul-centered lens for making meaning from your experiences.

These skills don’t just support healing—they empower you to live with greater presence, purpose, and authenticity.

What to Expect

After our consultation, our sessions will be 90-mins long over video.

Each session, we will check in on how things are going pertaining to what you want to focus on, then we will discuss the session’s focus. I can offer trailheads (focuses I think would be helpful) if you don’t have an agenda in mind.

My style of coaching is co-creative so I’ll regularly check in on the direction, focus, and what’s coming up for you. We go at your pace and practice mindfulness through out, exploring the thoughts, feelings, and sensations that arise.

I bring in somatic and cognitive behavioral practices to help you connect mind and body so stagnant energy and emotions can move. Sessions are flexible and intuitively guided—we follow what’s alive for you, not a rigid agenda.

Over time, my hope is you begin to feel more grounded, authentic, and alive in your body—with greater intimacy, joy, and clarity in multiple areas of your life.
